We are government recognised recycling company having its state-of-art manufacturing plant at central India, in city called Indore. The company was incorporated in the year 1998, with prime focus to provide alternate - green fuels. The company with its associates have five Pyrolysis & allied products manufacturing plants with the combine capacity of utilizing 1000, MT of waste rubber tyres or Plastics per month as raw material.
Kampol is always in search of bringing new technologies to field of Energy. We are studing various Waste-to-Energy projects to implement and make world greener and greener.

CR COILS & SHEETS :
The cold rolled coils are manufactured from the hot rolled coils. The hot rolled coils are cleaned chemically and processed further in cold reduction mills, where the material is cooled (at room temperature) followed by annealing and/or tempers rolling. This process will produce steel with closer dimensional tolerances and a wider range of surface finishes. Cold rolling increases strength, enhances the surface finish and offers uniform thickness.

Galvanized :
Galvanizing is the most effective and economical method of protecting steel against rusting. The protection mechanisms of Zinc Coating are in two folds.
- Zinc forms a protective film of stable basic carbonate when exposed to the air thus retarding further reaction of air with surface.
- Zinc undergoes galvanic action in which the zinc sacrifices itself to protect the steel, due to formation of a galvanic cell. Surface of Iron is covered with a layer of more active metal like zinc. This active metal loses electrons in preference to Iron & hence, prevents the rusting of Iron.
Color Coated :
- The steel sheet gets its name because of the organic paint in various colors are coated on it. For short, it is called "color-coated steel" or "Pre-Painted Steel".
- For color coating, hot dip galvanized Or galvalume steel strip is used as base material. Color coating can also be done on various other base materials such as Colled rolled steel, Stainless steel and Aluminum
- In addition to the protection provided by zinc coating, The organic paint on top of zinc plays a role in covering and preventing the strip from rusting and make its service life longer than that of galvanized strip by 1.5 times.
- The color-coated strip has the advantage of being light in weight, pleasant looking and excellent anti-corrosive properties and can be directly used without any further processing. It's mainly used in building/ construction industry. It also finds its usage in domestic appliance industry, furniture industry and automotive applications.
- The paint used for the color-coated strip is selected depending on different application and environments to which the finished product is likely to be exposed. Commonly used paint systems are Regular Modified Polyester (RMP) Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP), PVC, plastisol and PVDF. User can make choice of any of above paint systems in accordance with their requirement.

The alternate energy business was incorporated in the year 1998, with prime focus to provide alternate - green fuels. We are government recognised recycling company having its state-of-art manufacturing plant at central India, in city called Indore. The company with its associates have five Pyrolysis plants with the combine capacity of utilizing 1000, MT of waste rubber tyres or waste Plastics per month as raw material.
Although today's tyres last for more miles than they did in the past, the number of cars on the road is increasing and the average number of miles driven annually is also increasing. According to the Scrap Tyre Management Council, the standard assumption is that waste (also know as scrap) tyres are generated at a rate of one tire per person per year.
Scrap tires, because of their size and shape and associated environmental hazards caused by improper management practices, present both difficult and costly disposal and recycling challenges for the entities responsible for overseeing their management.

Technologies

Pyrolysis Plant: The rubber is recycled through a chemistry process called Pyrolysis process. In Pyrolysis process, the scrap rubber when burnt in absence of oxygen in a reactor, produces different types of gases. These gases are passed through a condensing chamber to condense and convert into oil. The oil which comes out of condensing chamber is a diesel oil and has various industry uses. Also the rubber residue which is left over after the burning process is over is known as carbon black - which also has various industry uses such paint manufacturing, also used in battery & rubber etc.
In Nutshell: We recycle rubber in Eco-friendly way to produce oil and carbon black with process called PYROLYSIS. These plants are called PYROLYSIS PLANTS. |
